It has been said, “Meditation is the ultimate mobile device; you can use it anywhere, anytime, unobtrusively.” Serving as an introduction to meditation or refresher for those acquainted with meditation and mindfulness, this experience will be didactic, experiential, and reflective. Includes opportunities for group discussion and sharing. Sessions enable participants to be more centered with a greater sense of self-awareness, relaxation, self-acceptance, compassion and healing, through a variety of meditative techniques.
