So You Want to Live Forever
4 sessions, 8 hours
People don’t like to think of themselves as “mortal.” In truth, most people would prefer to delay the inevitable for as long as possible; but, is delay possible? The answer is “yes.” Investigate lessons for living longer from those who’ve lived the longest, by looking for clues in the lives of centenarians. Examine current studies in the US and Europe that look at lifestyle and longevity and the effects that lifestyle choices have on the quality of life.
