NEW! The Symphony Orchestra: An Inside Look
1 session, 2.5 hours

Follow the progress of an orchestral concert from rehearsal to performance. Participants in these unique music sessions will arrive early for a private briefing prior to attending rehearsal. During rehearsal they will have the opportunity to observe the Frederick Symphony Orchestra up close and from the players’ perspective. The experience will also include presentations by the Assistant Conductor and the orchestra musicians, opportunities for conversation with the musicians, and finally,
attendance at the actual concerts. Participants may then choose to attend the concert at a discounted price of $15 per ticket; only students of this course may receive the discount.
