NEW! Photo Painting on Your iPad

NEW! Photo Painting on Your iPad
3 sessions, 9 hours

Even if you can’t paint or draw, if you can take a decent photo, you can use technology to create a work of art. In this three-part class, you will learn some iPad basics including finding apps and installing them. You will also learn how to take photos that you didn’t capture on your phone or iPad (such as with your camera or a print copy of a photo) and transfer them into your iPad. Finally, you will learn how to use your new apps to make a photo look like a watercolor or an oil painting. At the end of this class, you will have a “painting” worthy of printing and framing, and it will be your secret that you didn’t ever wet a brush. Participants must bring their own iPad and a pre-paid $15 iTunes gift card to class. Participants should also have some computer experience and an email address that can be accessed from classroom computers.
