Introduction to Birding – New!

Introduction to Birding – New!
2 sessions • 4 hours

With more than 400 bird species, Maryland is the place to discover warblers and vireos, waders, dippers, and more. Learn all about these various bird families, where to watch for them, and the many ways to identify them. Specifically scheduled to enjoy the last birds of winter and the spring migrations, binoculars and field guides will be available for your use. Participants will need to provide personal transportation to off-site birding locations (to be determined.)

Instructor: Kathy Barylski
Kathy Barylski is a life-long crafter, beginning at a very young age with cross-stitch and expanding to crochet, sewing, string art, and more. Kathy loves to teach crafts to adults and youth. She serves as both a Girl Scout Trainer and a continuing education instructor.
