Great news! There are ways to achieve good posture. Join us for this Feldenkrais® series for guidance through developmental movement patterns. Done originally as an infant, these moves allow you to experience swift and spontaneous re-alignment while being upright with pleasure and ease. To participate, you must be able to lie on a mat. The required mat (a special one that allows for sliding, not a yoga mat) is available for purchase in the FCC Bookstore.

Instructor: Hannah Vo-Dinh
After completing 4 years of training in the Feldenkrais Method®, Hannah Vo-Dinh is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. Her classes have taken place at All Saints’ Episcopal, Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick, Common Market and the Frederick County Public Libraries. In addition, she organizes Frederick Feldenkrais Festivals, and has been a guest instructor at the Baltimore and DC Feldenkrais festivals. Owner of Mind Body Sense, LLC, she works privately with clients to improve posture, balance and mobility.
