Maintaining Health & Wellness
1 session • 3 hours
Successful aging in your home means planning and identifying specific aspects of living that are most important to you. Your health and well being should play a major role. Join us to gather information about factors that affect aging, understand normal aging versus chronic/acute conditions, and learn about health concerns affecting your ability to age in place. Discussions also include recognizing the ways in which your psychological well being and your health are closely linked during the aging process.
