Do you have a desire to write creatively? This course is appropriate for both experienced and novice writers. Participants may write in whatever genre of creative writing they choose and then share, if they wish, what they have written. A safe space is maintained by participants treating all work as confidential and being allowed to only make positive comments on each other’s writing. Writing can be wonderful therapy where friendships form.
Instructor: Kay Bosgraaf is a trained leader in the Amherst Writers and Artists Methodology. She taught using this method for several semesters at Montgomery College through the Writing Center on the Germantown Campus. She also taught the credit course The Creative Writing of Poetry at Montgomery College many times as a classroom course and an online course. Kay published a prize-winning volume of poetry available on Amazon now and participated in numerous poetry readings.
